Only work and no play make a person big hebetudinous. Fortunately, that’s not the case with TechHighway family. We have figured out our own innovative ways of keeping the environment zealous. Work, of course, remains our first priority and the whole intention of coming together. At the same time, we make sure that everyone is excited to come to the office every day and it no more remains a compulsion for anyone.
Employees enjoy flexible timing within a certain limit. Everyone has the freedom to work as per their own style and produce quality output. This allows employees to create work-life balance.
We practice open door policy within the company. We understand each individual has different perceptive towards life and respect everyone’s views. We conduct communication sessions, where an individual communicates ideas or problems regarding technology to other employees. Other teammates get involved and give suggestion to the presenter. This boosts the confidence level and positive approach towards technology, as this small session motivate someone to learn something new!!
As a result of open communication and open culture we have in the company, Employees take up few responsibilities on their own. Teammates plan and celebrate birthdays of each and every employee, giving everyone more space to get up and bring up the brotherhood in the company.
Friday, as you all know is the end of the week and everyone looks forward to the weekend ahead. We make the Fridays playful with our Friday Fun. For an hour or so, we do some random activity which takes out the seriousness in the environment and make it light and cheerful. The activity can be anything such as different games or some though sharing or signing or anything, Our employees come up with great ideas for Friday Fun.
We celebrate almost all festivals in the small or big way. There was a rocking Dandiya where all shook their body to the best their capability. As many company participated in the same event the employees get to interact with new people. When we welcome Lord Ganesh with warm heart we also send Him off with emotions. Your colleague to friendship journey is made easy with this. Diwali, Dashara, Gudi padwa, Independence Day, Republic Day, Traditional Day, Fashion Show and what not, celebrations are in the DNA of TechHighway.
It always feel amazing when you put a dress code to an event. It gives you a feeling of unity, to have the same feeling we celebrated Independence this year with traditional attire just to rejoice the feeling of Being Indian.
Beside all the festival celebration we have other celebrations like Annual Party, Foundation day and we also plan for team outing once or twice in a year.
We at TechHigwhay plan outings twice a year for all the employees. We plan nature trips, trekking, and adventure sports to explore another side of the employees. This trip teaches employees how to be in a team, respect views and suggestions of other employees, and of course to have fun. We think these trips are an essential part in the life of an employee, where they feel connected to the company, and motivate them to work passionately.
Our annual bash and annual trips are the highlights of the year. This is where we get to know each other more closely. This also acts as ice breaking for new joiners and they quickly become part of TechHighway Family. This Year we threw our annual bash in “Hyatt Place”, a perfect party to get all employees together and connected. Every year in annual bash, we present awards to outstanding employees, who have worked harder and whose performance sets a higher standard in the organization.
Foundation Day celebration
We love to celebrate our Foundation day, where it all started. Apart from playing games, celebration, and dinner, we get to know the journey of our company through founders’ point of view. Both directors share their experiences which they had in and outside of the company. This is a chance for employees to cherish and understand this company in a better way.
